Ingredients:
Up to 8 drumlets, kebabs &/or drumsticks
(1 drumstick = 2 drumlets or kebabs)
1 cup kosher salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 bulb garlic, sliced
1 gallon water
Instructions:
Soak in brine for approximately
24 hours.
Remove meat, discard brine.
Roast on a sheet tray at 400℉ for 40 minutes. Skin will be richly golden, crisp and irresistible!
We use a convection oven, cooking time may increase in a standard oven.
