Smoked Ribs

Place ribs on a sheet tray and
sprinkle with water.

Cook for 15-30 minutes in a preheated
convection oven at 350°F
(may take longer in a standard oven)

Check at 15 minutes and then every 5 minutes after if needed.

✸ This is all about feel, cooking time will vary depending on the batch of smoked ribs. You want to leave it in until you can pick them up at one end with tongs and they are limp and floppy-eared in order to achieve optimal tender juiciness.

Don’t hesitate to remove and tent with foil while others continue to cook.

All about pulling out when limp and floppy-eared feeling!
